Inspection Trips To The Sun With Property Keysol
You can look at numerous pictures of properties and visit many exhibitions but the only way to see the properties for yourself is to take a Property Keysol inspection trip.
On your inspection trip our job is to help you find the right property for you. You will be staying at our companies associates hotel and included within the low price of your trip is your room, breakfast and evening meal. Each day your Property Keysol representative will take you to view different locations and styles of property according to the criteria already laid down by you. Each day you will be taken to lunch in one of the many local restaurants giving you the opportunity to experience the local food. In the afternoon you will again view more areas and properties before returning to the hotel where you can spend the evening relaxing and discussing what you have seen, it also gives you an opportunity to meet other Property Keysol clients to exchange thoughts and ideas on what you have seen. Remember that at any time if you wish to return somewhere just let your representative know.
Once you have returned to the UK we will introduce you to a currency specialist who will be able to assist with the transfer of your stage payments. When your property is nearing completion a member of our aftersales team based in Spain will contact you to start making plans for your completion. Don’t worry! We are here to help make the arrangements for this so that everything runs as smoothly as possible. If you are taking out a Spanish mortgage our team will, if necessary, liaise with your bank to make sure everything is ready when you arrive in Spain. Before you realise you will be seated in your new property wondering why you didn’t do this years ago!
DAY ONE - Depart from your local airport. You will arrive at either Alicante or San Javier (Murcia) Airport and be met by your Property Keysol representative, who will be holding a board with your name and our company logo. Then you will be escorted to our associates own 3-star hotel La Torre, which is situated in the town of Los Montesinos. After check-in, your representative will meet you in the hotel lounge bar to discuss your requirements and to plan your trip for the next few days. If you arrive late in the day we normally leave you to settle in and collect you the following morning to start viewing a selection of properties. However, if you arrive early you can start that afternoon.
DAY TWO - Your representative will meet you at your hotel after breakfast and will take you to begin your tour of properties and show you the wide range of leisure and sports facilities that the area has to offer. This will include lunch with your representative at a local Spanish restaurant. DAY THREE - Again your representative will meet you at your hotel and will take you to view more properties, or to return to look again at any properties which you may be interested in. After lunch your tour of the area and properties will continue. DAY FOUR - This is the time to make the decision on the purchase of your dream home. If you decide to go ahead, contracts will be prepared and you will be given the option to speak to an English speaking lawyer to ask any legal questions you may have. Then you will be taken to set up your Spanish bank account. Although this may sound daunting you will be guided through every step by our experienced staff and may ask as many questions as you wish before you sign your contract. At this time the price of your property will be fixed in Euros, and a copy of your contract will be given to you to take home. You will then be taken back to the hotel before taking you back to the airport in time for your flight home. Each trip is tailored to each individual and this therefore is a general guide to your time spent with us in Spain. From when you buy your property, to helping you set up a Spanish bank account and our excellent after sales, our customer service is second to none. |
